Oh, it's a juicy one today because we are talking about clarity. Yes, clarity and why your subconscious needs clarity for your business to grow. It's actually Absolutely foundational for anyone looking to step into their next level of success, of finance, of clients to have clarity and not just clarity for strategy sake, but I'm talking about the deep subconscious clarity that is really going to drive those real aligned growth.

[00:01:21] That's what we want. And I think a lot of the time when I have clients come to me who want to reach that next level, whether that is, like I said, income or higher caliber of clients or more visibility online. When the subconscious doesn't have clarity, the first thing that happens is the ego kicks off.

[00:01:45] All your parts come out. The sabotage, the overwhelm, the procrastination, the doubt, the fear, the guilt, the hurt, that all of your parts come out and go, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. We are not going anywhere because we do not know where we are going. It is that clarity. And. That's what we're going to be talking about today, because here's the thing, your subconscious mind is always bloody on.

[00:02:11] It is taking notes, it's keeping you in familiar patterns, and actually what it's wanting and craving and waiting for is clear direction from you. And if you're currently stuck, In your business, if you are spinning your wheels, if you are winging it, if you are waking up each day going, what the fuck do I work on today?

[00:02:35] It's not because you're not capable. It's because you aren't fully communicating where you are going and more importantly, why it freaking matters. That is what the crux of it is. So by the end of this podcast episode today, you are going to understand really why clarity is so essential. And we're going to go through a couple of tools to bring your subconscious on board so we can really skyrocket you in 2025.

[00:03:08] So we're going to start looking at why clarity is really essential for your business growth. And to be honest, I want you to see clarity moving forward. As a non negotiable, like if you are truly serious about growing your business, if you are truly serious about really stepping into that next level of your business, of yourself, of your finances, clarity needs to be a non negotiable.

[00:03:34] And what I do see is most female entrepreneurs think they know what they're, what they want, but their goals are so fricking vague. For example, I want to reach the next level. I want to grow my business. I want to scale my business. I want to make more money. I want more clients. But here is the bloody truth.

[00:03:59] Vague goals create vague goals. Results. The end. And actually from a subconscious and neuroscience perspective, your subconscious mind is constantly scanning for familiar patterns to keep you safe. We've spoke about patterns a lot in the last couple of episodes. Your subconscious wants a roadmap. It wants specifics.

[00:04:25] This is literally how your subconscious operates. And when you are not operating in that in your business, no wonder you don't know what to do. No wonder you are constantly knackered and constantly having decision fatigue because you're flitting between 17 different tabs, three different masterclasses, four different styles of content and what to bloody post today.

[00:04:49] That's how you're operating. But actually. Without the clarity, your brain has absolutely no real reason to stretch or to act or to create the change that you are after. It really doesn't. It hasn't got the roadmap. It hasn't got specifics. I say this time and time again, if I asked you, okay, listener, can you fly to France tomorrow?

[00:05:17] Now you might be very excited about flying to France tomorrow, but you don't know the time of the The flight. You don't know what airport. You don't know what you've got to pack. You don't know how long you've got to be there. You don't know how long you've got to put your dog in daycare. All of these questions you would be asking me.

[00:05:34] Why? Because you need clarity in order to get to France. Now, you're not doing that in your business. So no wonder your subconscious is like, what the hell? What the hell are we doing? Because it's got no roadmap and it's got no specifics. And this really ties in with the Reticular Activated System, which again, I have spoken about on the podcast, the RAS.

[00:05:54] And what the RAS does is filters information. It filters information and it filters opportunities that match your goals. All that don't match your goals, depending on what you're bloody focusing on. But when you define what the growth or what the success truly looks like, what you truly want it to look like, you, what you're actually doing is you are using it as your ally, you are turning on that filter and your RAS starts pointing you towards people, towards ideas, towards situations that align with that vision.

[00:06:34] Or, it doesn't point you to anything because you are not concentrating on where you want to go. It works both ways. We know that. So, without specifics, it's like literally me blindfolding you and saying, now go to Sainsbury's. Your local Sainsbury's. You wouldn't be able to get there. Don't know why Sainsbury's came into my head.

[00:06:55] But yeah, without the specifics. You literally are trying to find a destination in the dark. And actually what I sometimes see is specifics can be hard for you to tap into. In fact, a lot of people don't want to tap into specifics because guess what? That means you probably will be successful. So you not tapping into the specifics of what you need or want in your business is actually a form of protection anyway.

[00:07:26] You are protecting yourself from the success you want by not getting specific in your business. Can you see how passionate I am about this? So let's have a look at the subconscious mind's role really in this clarity and growth. We're gonna dig a little bit deeper into how this works. Now, we know that your subconscious mind is here to keep you safe and And it is constantly running on patterns and past experiences and past emotions.

[00:07:55] Now, when we set a clear intention, we can actually, I can actually rewire your brain to support that goal. So when we give it specifics, like I want to reach consistent 10K months by March, it becomes that tangible target. And that is really powerful because this level of clarity, especially when we've worked on the beliefs around you hitting consistent 10k months by March, this level of clarity not only motivates your subconscious to help you, but it actually overrides the old patterns that would usually pull you back to what's comfortable.

[00:08:41] Now, if you're vague, Your subconscious is going to cling to the familiar. That's why I get so many people come and work with me and say that they've hit an income ceiling and they have never ever surpassed that and a bill has always gone out or a client's always pulled out to keep them underneath that.

[00:09:00] It's happening so subconsciously and when we have that clarity, that's when we can start to look at the subconscious beliefs to support that clarity and you will fricking fly. I have seen it time and time again, not only with myself, but with every client that I work with and really when you cling to the familiar, when we look at the familiar that you're clinging on, like I said, it's like trying to drive somewhere to Sainsbury's, but with no address.

[00:09:29] It's It's like me saying, come and visit me at my house. I would love that. Let's throw a party, but me not giving you the address. And you're surprised when you keep ending up back at home, because where else you're going to go if you don't know where you're coming. So when you align your vision and your subconscious mind, that is the most important thing, kind of aligning them both with specifics, what you're saying there is this is what we're doing and we're doing it now.

[00:09:57] And we want to really eliminate the mixed signals that you're sending it right now, because you are, and that's, that's okay, but I'm here to show you a different way. And we want to create momentum and consistency that feels fricking unstoppable because momentum and consistency, intentionality, and my subconscious being behind me has what's allowed me to really fucking scale over the last couple of years.

[00:10:23] So when I see lack of clarity, what I always see is stagnation and I have a lot of clients again that come to me that say they feel really stagnant in their business. They feel like they've got their sweatpants on, they're probably bored, they've got decision fatigue, they're probably in burnout. All of these things are happening because of the lack of clarity.

[00:10:48] So. What is actually happening when clarity is missing? Now, when your goals are fuzzy, when you are not sure, like, when you're sure on them, but you aren't giving yourself a path, you're not helping yourself out at all, it's going to keep you in survival mode, which is Exactly where your subconscious wants you to be.

[00:11:13] If it thinks of any risk, it's like, boom, survival mode. Let's go. So when we give them vague goals, like I said before with for example, I want to grow my business, you don't act. You actually don't activate that deeper part of you that's wired to go all in. It's not creating safety and therefore it will create stagnation.

[00:11:41] Just think about it. If your goal is unclear, If the subconscious doesn't have a map, and what I mean by the goal being unclear is you might have this very clear macro goal. You might be able to see it very, very clearly in your mind, in your visualization of what you want your life to look like in a year, five years, 10 years.

[00:12:03] But it's the reverse engineer map that I'm talking about here. So if the, the steps towards the goal is unclear, if the subconscious doesn't have that map, it doesn't know what growth or more money actually means. It doesn't know that and it's going to keep you safe where you are. And that's why the lack of clarity always, always leads to procrastination, overthinking, second guessing, because your brain is clinging on to what is safe, what is familiar.

[00:12:37] Until you give it something better. Until you get crystal clear with it. That's why we want to have the specifics. I saw this all the time in, when I used to do weight loss, hypnotherapy for weight loss. People would come to me and say, I want to lose weight. And your subconscious is like, well, you lost a pound last week, so that's us losing weight.

[00:12:59] Tick, we'll stop working then. It's given it no clear goal. Now, when you give your subconscious a fricking mission, you're activating the RAS, you create the certainty and guess what? That's when you actually start taking the action that supports your vision because your subconscious feels it's actually safe to step into that next level.

[00:13:23] And that's really, really what I want you to do. So let's kind of get into the clarity. Let's get your subconscious fully on board, bring it into your superpower. And really understand what we need to do. So first things first, yes, have this, have this. Vision, have this understanding, but like I said, that is the macro vision.

[00:13:50] I want you to go micro, and I use this in my content. I use it in my goal setting. I use it with subconscious. I use macro and micro across the board in my business. If you're a client, you will know. So when we get micro, we want to have a look at the micro everyday Steps, everyday activities, everyday things that is going to move the needle towards you reaching that goal.

[00:14:15] So yes, have a look at the big vision, gets really, really clear on that. Get, and get that vision in detail. You know, we want to bring in the senses. That's why all of the visualizations and hypnotherapy tracks that I do in the membership are very connected with the senses, very connected with the, um, feelings, because that's what's really going to elevate Elevate that for you from a subconscious perspective.

[00:14:39] So what does my business look like at this next level? What am I doing? What, what am I thinking? What am I saying to myself? How am I feeling? What can I taste and smell and touch? And what am I wearing? Give that clear, give that clarity, but then we want to actually Get serious about it. We want to have a look at what you can track to signal to your subconscious that you are moving towards that.

[00:15:08] And this is where things come in, such as showing up on stories, might not feel Very important to you right now, but actually, if you're working towards a goal where stories is going to be quite a big importance to that goal, then stories then have to become the most important thing of that day. But at the moment, you're actually not sure on what is What is a bloody needle moving activity?

[00:15:36] I get that question all the fucking time. Like, it's because you haven't gone micro into, okay, what are the steps that are going to take me there? What is that going to look like? So, for example, if you want to write a book, One of the big things that I hear time and time again when I've done research on writing a book is having a bigger following, like a volume of following.

[00:16:03] So I might want to write a book in five years time, but I know that me writing the book right now is not going to be helpful. In fact, what's going to be helpful is me concentrating on getting more people onto my page, getting more followers. Get going viral on TikTok, whatever that looks like. So I'm, yes, the book is the goal, but actually what are the micro things that I can be doing today that's going to step by step by step compound to me getting there, and it might not necessarily be writing the book.

[00:16:37] That was just an example that I use all the time because the writing the book. And me showing up on stories, they're two completely different things, but actually that is helping me get towards that goal. This is where you need to get really clear on this. Tracking and measuring. We know that your subconscious is like tick, tick, tick.

[00:16:57] She's doing it. You're building the trust. You're building your responsibility. You're building your consistency and we know compound, compound, compound, compound. I have never not shown up It's the compound effect that constantly keeps my business growing. So really stepping into and tracking those micro, because when you can start doing these micro, um, goals in your business, you start celebrating and then your subconscious is like, Oh my God, we're doing it.

[00:17:26] We're moving towards the goal. Tick, tick, tick. It's really, really, really important. So before we wrap up. I have just got three very powerful subconscious prompts for you that I want you to dig a little bit deeper into and get your subconscious on the same page of your goals. Really getting clear on that.

[00:17:50] Prompt number one, where am I holding back because I'm unclear on my next step? Where am I holding back because I'm unclear on my next step? Question number two, if I could define exactly what my next level looks like, what daily actions would change? So if I could define exactly what my next level looks like, what daily actions would change?

[00:18:21] And last question, what do I need to tell my subconscious, what does it need to know so it feels safe and aligned with my growth? When you do this, when you do this work, you are giving your brain, you are giving your subconscious mind a very clear direction. You are giving it the safety. And with that clarity, honestly, your parts, your ego, the resistance, procrastination, overwhelm, literally falls away.

[00:18:55] I have seen it time and time and time again. So I hope that today's episode has been Fired you up, put a firework up your ass to get crystal clear on the vision. You've probably got crystal clear on the vision because that's the sort of humans that I attract. It's the micro things that need to be happening that you're probably not clear on.

[00:19:18] Probably because your subconscious is protecting you is what I would hazard a guess of, but. I want you to get crystal clear on those micro steps because clarity truly is what's going to take your business and yourself to the next level.
