[00:00:00] You are listening to The Subconscious Expert, the podcast where your subconscious becomes your one way ticket to the mind blowing results you desire in your life and business. I've said it before, and I will say it a hundred times again, your business cannot outgrow your mindset. And if you want to grow your business, it always starts with growing your subconscious.

[00:00:26] So let's dive in to the subconscious breakthrough you so deeply deserve. Hello my beautiful lady, welcome back to The Subconscious Expert, and today we are looking at that next level ceiling in your business. Oh, my goodness me, the amount of women. that come into my world who are feeling stagnant, stuck, blocked, constantly hitting the same amount of money, constantly signing the same amount of clients, and every time the month comes round, we go back to the beginning of the, of the reset, and we can't get any further.

[00:01:09] This is what I like to call the next level ceiling, and what I want to talk about today Thank you Bit of a two pronged podcast episode because this is coming up so much, but I want to dive into what I see the subconscious blockers being to you reaching your next level ceiling. So we're going to have a look predominantly around the fear of success because that is One of the biggest reasons as to why you don't step into that next level of your business, but we're also having a look at that kind of danger, the discomfort, the feeling of unsafety, of you actually fully moving into it.

[00:01:48] And everything that I will speak about today has literally come from client after client after client coming to me. with this exact problem, with this exact block, and that is the next level ceiling of your business. And for me, I actually don't experience stagnation a lot. Um, there is sometimes where I get myself into a space in my business where I can become a little bit, what I call, ploddy.

[00:02:20] Um, and I think it's quite, Useful to be in the plot sometimes because throughout every time we calibrate to that next level, and you know, how often I talk about next level, um, it's one of the biggest, biggest things that I cover in Power Up, which is my four session subconscious next level breakthrough, probably the best thing for you to do next after this podcast episode.

[00:02:43] But the thing that I talk about inside that. is really how we can calibrate to this next level, but actually sometimes it's really important that we then live at that next level for a little bit. We get used to it, then when you start to feel the stagnation and plod come along, you then go up to that next level.

[00:03:01] We don't want to, and I want to preface this podcast straight away, we don't need to be constantly up leveling every motherfucking day. Like, I want to absolutely preface that because I think there is so many conversations in the entrepreneur space where we almost feel like we're doing something wrong if your income hasn't Absolutely grown from one month to the next month, to the next month, to the next month.

[00:03:33] And this like underlying pressure that you're putting on yourself to constantly be in that next level, month in, month out, which is amazing. Yeah, like obviously you want to see your income grow. And want to see your income change, but it doesn't need to be like week in, week out, day in, day out. Now, what I want to talk about in today's podcast is if you've been stuck at a level for a long time.

[00:03:59] Now, long time might feel very different from you to I, so I'm going to leave it as long time. Like this is an If you've currently been stuck at your income for four months or six months or one year, whatever it feels like to you. But if you can see a pattern where you are very committed and very dedicated and very wanting and driven to get to that next level.

[00:04:21] But you've been stuck on a current income, which is usually where I look as a basis with my clients, like if they've been stuck on 5k and they've been stuck on that 5k for so long, and it's like every time I go to try and jump to the next level, a client. Pulls out, or a payment doesn't go through, or there is just like too many significant pieces of the puzzle that's really pointing to you not feeling safe moving to that next level.

[00:04:54] That's what I'm speaking to today, because there is actually so much going on subconsciously, where your subconscious actually doesn't feel safe moving to that next level. And what your subconscious then does is work with your reticular activated system and really start to show you what we call quote unquote evidence, which is not evidence at all.

[00:05:20] It's just because that's where your focus is going. show you evidence that you won't be able to do it, that you won't hit it, that it won't happen, that it's unsafe, that remember when we did this last time and you burn out? Like, there's so many stories that come from this. Now, the whole concept of the upper limit problem, which is kind of what I'm talking about here, Is from a book called The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.

[00:05:44] It's a very, very good book and I definitely recommend it. It's like a kind of self help book where he really talks into this upper limit problem. And this is basically where, as an individual, We have a success threshold, right, which is what I call the ceiling. So you'll grow to the ceiling and then we keep hitting the ceiling of our success and it feels too scary to step over that.

[00:06:13] Now, there's a couple of things that might have happened. You might have actually stepped over that success threshold. You might have stepped into that next level, that next ceiling, and something's happened and therefore your subconscious has gone, Fuck, no, that wasn't safe. I'm never doing that again.

[00:06:28] Let's go back down a level. So, sometimes that can happen, or sometimes we just constantly keep hitting it because it doesn't feel safe to even step into this. Now, We have that success threshold, um, and kind of the comfort and the fear around passing and surpassing that limit. And people who have a real upper limit know how hard it is.

[00:06:56] Almost like how much they can't handle that next one. And we want to break through that because all of this is literally safety coming from your subconscious. And we want to, we want to create a space where we can find comfort in that next level. Albeit it's going to feel scary, it is out of your comfort zone.

[00:07:17] But more than anything, we want to create safety for the subconscious mind. So you don't constantly keep thinking. Being thrown back into whatever your comfort zone is at the moment. And I think if you're tuning into this podcast and you're resonating already, you probably know what your comfort level is.

[00:07:37] And I call it like the, the sweat pant, the sweat pant season. You're in sweat pant season. You're very comfortable, ploddy, everything's kind of plodding along. So you might be there. You actually might be in this, like, stagnation frustration. I have, like, two camps of where my clients come to me with, where they're like, I'm feeling really ploddy, definitely got my, well, definitely got my sweatpants on, definitely could be doing more, but I just am not.

[00:08:05] Or they come to me and they're like, Oh my god, I am so frustrated because I know how much I want that next level. I know what it's going to bring me for me and my life and my business and my future and it's everything I want but why can't I fucking get there? And we kind of have like these two different parts that are speaking to us.

[00:08:26] So let's kind of dive in first around the subconscious blockers because truly, This is where we begin. You know, in my world, this is where I begin with everything, because like a broken record, 95 percent of your day is run by your subconscious beliefs, and when we're looking at that next level ceiling in your business, we have to start there, because everything, your actions, Your behaviors, the way that you're showing up for your business, the way you're showing up for yourself, the way that you're leading yourself is all coming from the belief system that is currently running in the background of your subconscious.

[00:09:06] The computer that you have plugged in, that hard drive of your subconscious, that's picked up all these stories, all these beliefs along the way, and have created your current reality. Just going back to like very, very basics, I just wanted to talk about what subconscious blockers actually are, because I have a lot of new people in my world at the moment, and I want to make sure that we're kind of all on the same page.

[00:09:31] If you've listened to many of my podcasts, you'll definitely already know, but if you're new around here, let's just have a little whistle stop tour on the subconscious blockers and really just Understanding them, to be honest. Now, subconscious blockers are that kind of mental or emotional barrier that operates below the conscious awareness.

[00:09:53] So we are 5 percent in our conscious awareness every day. The rest of the time, when you're going about your day to day, driving, walking, working, lots of the things that we do are very, In our subconscious, that 95 percent of the day. And these subconscious blockers go deep. They go very deep and usually have been taken on or originated from childhood experiences, from you watching other people as you were growing up.

[00:10:27] We take our biggest imprints on from the ages of zero to seven at a push to 14. And we can take. Subconscious beliefs aren't after that 100%, usually from more of an emotional state after that point. Um, a lot of the time they come from societal conditioning, they'll come from past failures, they'll come from past traumas and basically they get taken in by your little subconscious parts and they get collected and they're like, oh, this is what happened when we were four, so that's what we must believe.

[00:11:01] Oh, this is what happened when we were seven. And that's what we saw our parents do. So that's why I need to behave that way with money. They all get put on the hard drive and then the hard drive is the thing that's playing out into your reality. So almost as if we had a projector, a projector, a projector, and we plug the hard drive in and then the projector goes, right, well, that's what we believe about that, that's what we believe about earning consistent 50K.

[00:11:29] So therefore that's what we believe and that's what we'll take the action from. So this is how these subconscious blockers are coming into play, especially around that next level ceiling in your business. And if that next level of your business is feeling unsafe, and I know you're probably listening to this being like, it does not feel unsafe, Beck.

[00:11:49] I would fucking love to be making that much money. I would love for my business to look like that. Well, if you would love it and you felt a hundred percent safe with it, you would already. Fucking have it. And it's a hard pill to swallow, but here I am on the podcast, on my little TED talk today, if you currently don't have the reality that you desire, it's because it feels unsafe for you.

[00:12:12] And that is the reason why you're getting frustrated because you're like, I know I can do these things. I know I can show up in that way. I know I could take that action. I goddamn know what strategy I need to do. Even though your subconscious is probably telling you that you don't. Um, you know, you probably know all of the things logically.

[00:12:30] You are very, you're a very clever human being. You, you actually wouldn't be in entrepreneurship if you weren't switched on, logical, clever, can do things, right? But it's your subconscious that keeps getting in the way, that goes, No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No, no, no. We don't actually know. We don't actually know this.

[00:12:51] I'm going to pretend that we don't know it. I'm going to hide it in the back of your subconscious. I'm going to put it in a box, in a little box, in an even littler box so you can't find it, right? And this is what's happening because a lot of the time, logically, you're like, well, yeah, of course I know what I should be doing.

[00:13:08] Of course I know how to show up, how I should be showing up. And there is times where we need More education, or you potentially do need to shift your strategy. This is why I bring both of them in, but 80 percent of the work that I do with clients is always the subconscious. So let's have a little dive into some of the blockers.

[00:13:31] Now you know what the blockers are. Some of the blockers that I see come up the most when it comes to Really looks at the next level, that next level ceiling. So we're at the ceiling right now. I'm literally imagining a ceiling and imagining your head bashing up against the ceiling, and these are some of the beliefs that I see come up that are stopping you from breaking through that ceiling.

[00:13:58] The first, the fear of success. Now, ironically, a lot of my clients. Don't see this until I start to explain it to them, because a lot of people go straight towards the fear of failure. Now, the type of client that I always attract, failure is not a motherfucking option for them. And when I make it clear to them, that failure, that they would actually never let themselves fail because the type of client who usually come into my world are the driven, ambitious, tenacious, fiery, let's get going, determined type of woman.

[00:14:44] Now have you ever met a woman who is tenacious, driven, determined, ever allowing herself to quote unquote fail? Uh, uh, uh, I ain't seeing it in my time. You know, it's just not an option. And actually, if you're anything like me, it wasn't an option for me. Like, even when I left the performing arts industry, that could have been quote unquote failure, and I was like, nah, I'm not letting that be.

[00:15:11] Like, this is the reasons why, and this is what I'm gonna do about it. There is always something that follows, and actually, failure, like, is just not in your vocabulary. So, Whilst some of the time, sometimes fear of failure can come into play, the fear of success actually has shown itself to be a lot stronger.

[00:15:32] And a significant amount of my clients fear success itself and fear what it could bring in. Now, this is because a lot of my clients do come to me having been stuck in the victim mentality, haven't been stuck in the struggling business owner, and they're so held onto this identity that I'll always be struggling, that I've got to play the victim to get attention.

[00:16:01] I know this is very raw and very open and, and really showing you, maybe, you know, opening your eyes to a few things right now, but I'm only doing this because I was there. I was there baby with you. And a lot of the time success can bring in more visibility, more responsibility, more pressure to maintain, more pressure to exceed, more pressure to achieve, more pressure to hold more money, more clients, more programs.

[00:16:31] And actually the, the, the sheer fear that you Of holding more, having more, being more successful, is the actual blocker that's stopping you from going into your next level. It is one of the biggest things I see, and really comes up time and time again. Again, so one of the biggest blockers that I see is the fear of success.

[00:16:56] That's why I have a full subconscious classroom around the fear of success inside my subconscious membership. Um, because it just comes up so often that I was like, right, I am making a full Full blown, private podcast, mindset training, visualization, hypnosis, mindset Q& A around the fear of success alone, because so many women are going through it.

[00:17:17] So that's one of the subconscious blockers I see. The second one is imposter syndrome. And this is the feeling of not being good enough, or not being deserving enough of what you want to achieve. And And this kind of comes more so from that societal, like the cultural, societal beliefs that we're brought up to be, and I think it's very, very different nowadays, if I'm honest, but we had that growing up as a millennial, if I, like, if I look and I, and I look back, like, the, the kind of not being good enough and not deserving Definitely for me, I grew up because I was so passionate.

[00:17:57] Like, I mean, you know how passionate I am and how passionate I get, but because I was so passionate, I was very talented as a kid. I was, I was a kid who did it all. I did trampolining on a Monday, ice skating on a Tuesday, dancing on it, you know, I could, I could do a lot of things and was pretty good at doing a lot of things.

[00:18:14] And people didn't like that. And I was constantly told that I was too big headed, that I was up myself, that, you know, like all of those things just. Because people couldn't deal with the fact that I was good at things, people couldn't deal with the fact that I enjoyed life, sometimes, um, and I still get that now, but I think like it kind of brings in this conditioning of this imposter syndrome where We kind of fear that we're going to be found out, or that we're going to be a fraud, or that people are going to see our true colors, or it starts to doubt your ability because you're like, wow, okay, if that many people don't want me to succeed, what is it about me, you know, and that really brings in that imposter syndrome, something that I see a lot.

[00:18:58] The third thing that I see with this next level ceiling is perfectionism. Oh, my perfectionism, something that a lot of my clients come to me with. And this striving for perfectionism, because you are such a high achiever and so ambitious, it actually becomes quite paralyzing. And it paralyzes your progress, which is why I always say, like, I don't want you to, um, have your business where you're flying by the seat of your pants, but equally, like, taking messy actions sometimes, and not, like, holding on to this.

[00:19:35] Pure perfectionist, everything has to be perfect before I even put it out. That can make you stuck because you over prepare, you over deliver, you go into burnout, you're going into the stagnation of your growth, and actually a lot of things just never get, find themselves, like, get there. Nothing kind of gets out of there.

[00:19:54] The last two that I want to speak into is the fear of being judged. And I think that happens a lot. Um, I think there's, there's a lot. of times where my clients have got maybe a little bit conscious about being judged about from someone who they've worked with previously or the way that they're doing something is different to how other people are doing it so therefore people are going to judge me and it kind of stops you playing into that next level and a lot of the time with that next level I feel like I need to take a breather like I'm absolutely spurting out this podcast like nobody's business but a lot of the time when it comes to That judgment and especially moving into that next level, a lot of the time your next level is you playing in a different energy, with a different identity, and actually with this kind of newfound way of doing things a lot of the time, you know, we have to be this leader, we have to be this And I think that's really important.

[00:20:55] person who goes, right, I'm gonna do it fucking differently. Like, of course I am, because I don't want to do it the same as everyone else. My god, the moment that I see other people doing things that I've been doing, or that sort of similarly come into what I'm doing, I'm like, nah, I'm not doing the same as everyone else.

[00:21:14] I am doing it my own way. Even if it's them that's copied me, I'll be like, okay, I'll change. Like, I have, I cannot bear it. But actually, the fear of being judged on that, because you're stepping into this newfound energy, new way of doing things that's very different to others, again, with that societal, societal norm and all of us following the herd.

[00:21:34] You know, when everyone goes to the one queue and we're like, well, if everyone's going to that queue, that means that I have to go to that queue too. No, let's go to the other fucking queue. It's probably quicker. You know, like that fear of being judged comes in. And then the last one that I see, and this is kind of where.

[00:21:51] Power Up started, um, which is what I talked about earlier in my kind of four session subconscious breakthrough. Next level mindset is the very first thing that we do. It's money mindset. It's those deep seated beliefs about money. And whether that's, whether, you know, whether that comes down to wanting wealth is being selfish or you've got to work harder.

[00:22:16] The, the most biggest belief that comes up with a lot of my clients who are trying to scale to multi six figures that you have to work harder to get there, um, deserving of the financial success, the, the kind of not being around people who have maybe been making the same amount as you want to make, a lot of that does come down with it.

[00:22:38] Two Money Mindset and really for that next level, like yes, we do have visibility and stepping into this new person online, like holding the capacity. All of the core, all of the sessions that are inside Power Up, but one of the biggest things is the amount of money you're then going on to hold because a lot of the time that next level brings in a new amount of money and that can feel really fucking scary.

[00:23:03] Oh, let me take a bloody breath. So. Those are some of the subconscious blockers that I see when it comes to that breaking through that next level ceiling in your business. Now, if you're sitting here walking, driving, wherever you're listening to me in the shower, usually is what I get. Um, if you, wherever you are, you might resonate with one, two, all five of these blockers.

[00:23:31] These common subconscious blockers that I see. And what I will say is the first step to change is awareness. And this is what I do across the podcast. This is the reason why I have the podcast in the first place, is to bring awareness to you. So, this might feel like a The biggest revelation you've had so far, just literally understanding of like, Oh fuck, it's that, and just let that sink in.

[00:24:00] Let that be, have a little work through that and really kind of understand which one feels strongest for you. Fear of success, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, fear of being judged, money mindset. There is others like the capacity, things that I go through in Power Up. If you did want to jump into that, the link will be in the show notes, but just have a little.

[00:24:21] A little notice. Now, the other thing that I wanted to talk about today is the association of success with danger or discomfort. Because I do have a lot of clients who come to me who have hit or experienced a taste of the next level. So, right now, you might be in one of two camps. You might have been blocking yourself so much that you've never got to that next level, and that's okay, and that's what I've just talked about within those belief systems, or you might be sitting in the camp of, I've actually hit that amount of money a couple of times, and I have never been able to do it again.

[00:25:04] Or, I've gone viral once and it's never happened again. Or, I've attracted that type of client once and it's never happened again. Now, what I would say with this is that something happened during that time of your success that made you Your subconscious equate that that was unsafe. Now, success, ideally, should be a very positive experience.

[00:25:34] However, if you haven't done the subconscious work to hold yourself in that success, there is going to be unsafety because you haven't calibrated to it. This is why a lot of lottery winners end End up being bankrupt because they haven't calibrated themselves to live and hold and feel safe with having that amount of money.

[00:25:58] Now, when your success or if you've hit something or you've had like a really good launch and then you haven't been able to do that again, or all of the examples that I've said, if you've done that and something's happened and it could be The smallest thing that you couldn't even think of consciously, but if it started to connect and associate negative emotions, fear, anxiety, overwhelming pressure, criticism, burnout, the subconscious mind can start to perceive success as a threat.

[00:26:36] Because your subconscious mind does not care how fucking successful you are, how happy you are, and how much money you have in your bank account. It cares about you being safe. And right now, the level that you're quote unquote stuck, stagnant, plodding along in is safe and that's why you're staying there.

[00:26:58] So what I want to just quickly go through today is the kind of association with that previous success and this might have been in a completely different frame of work. You know, I've had clients who got very burnt out in their nine to five and that's why they started a business but keep finding themselves burning out in their business because they're so addicted to that burnout because that's what kept them safe before.

[00:27:24] So it could be like in other areas, in other experiences, not just in your business. And there is two reasons why this happens. One, negative past experiences. So if success, if when you had that taste of success or you stepped into that success, increased Anything of expectations, of stress, of scrutiny, of burnout, all those things that I've said, your subconscious mind will start associating your success with those negative outcomes.

[00:28:02] Every time, and I always say to my clients like, Where's the equation? So, when you were last in that success, what did that equal? And a lot of the time they'll say, burnout, I was overworked, tired, I couldn't handle it, my relationship went to shit, I had loads of bad comments. Like, there is, they'll, your subconscious will have found evidence to prove that that success was not safe.

[00:28:32] And that is why, You try and try and try, you show up, you show up, you show up, you still won't hit it because it's not safe for your subconscious. Now, emotional discomfort is the other thing that I see in the way of the success might have led to feelings of isolation. I'm going to be really lonely at the top.

[00:28:55] It might have been guilt. Wow, I've made all this money and blah blah hasn't. Or imposter syndrome. Didn't deserve it. I'm going to be found out. Wow, that was too much to hold. That was too much to handle. So where is the association coming in that's going to actually Hinder your success. So if you are in the camp right now where you've had a taste of this success or you've experienced a little bit of that next level and then you're like, why can I not get back there?

[00:29:32] I want you to have a look at what was going on when you were there. What happened? What did you experience? What sort of thoughts were coming up as you were in that success? You know, a lot of the time. When my clients have had that taste of success, they play into the belief that the other shoe is going to drop.

[00:29:52] Well, yeah, it's been great, I've had this success, but I can't, I won't be able to hold it forever. That's the, that's what they played. Guess what? They didn't hold it forever because that was the thought that they were playing from. You know, just really starting to see what this looks like for you from that observer.

[00:30:12] Come up above the event, bird's eye view, baby. This is what I get my clients to do and look down as the observer, as the observer, what could of my subconscious mind took on or equated to, or were there any quote unquote evidence to prove that this success was not comfortable for me, or did I get the success?

[00:30:38] Nothing bad really happened. But I just didn't have the things and the tools and the mindset and the subconscious beliefs in place to hold it. That could be another reason. You know, a lot of the time people do scale to success very quickly, but because they haven't got the subconscious foundations below them, they can't hold it.

[00:30:59] They can't sustain it. This is why I Like I said, like stagnation never really happens for me because I am able to break through the next level time and time again and hold myself in it because I have the tools to hold myself in it. Like, and that is your subconscious work, that is where the membership comes in, like that is where you maintain success.

[00:31:21] Hitting a high cash month, hitting a significant milestone in your life and in your business, haha. Maintenance is key and a lot of the time people forget about the subconscious work and they stop doing it because they're happy and woo and we're going and yay, it's working and they don't do the maintenance of their mindset.

[00:31:41] So therefore it then feels unsafe and back down they come. So yeah, there is a lot going on there and you're constantly, um, your subconscious, like I said, is there to keep you safe, both physically and mentally. Emotionally, right? When a bus going down the road and you go to cross and then you go, Oh God, no, I should step back and keep myself safe.

[00:32:04] That's your subconscious stepping in, but equally it's stepping in for things that quote unquote feel unsafe, but actually we know that might not be the case. Because this is where we want to go next. Strategies to overcome these subconscious blockers. So, to wrap up, this is what I want you to do. Number one, build awareness.

[00:32:28] Pretty much what I've done for you the whole of this podcast. My podcast is about bringing awareness to your subconscious beliefs and blockers and things that are holding you back. So, I want you to have a look. That next level ceiling of yours, that next level of yours, what is it? Get really fucking clear on that sometimes because my clients are like, oh, I want to reach the next level in my business.

[00:32:52] I want to, I want this success. And I'm like, well, what does that look like? And they're like, um, Well, well, it's because that big coach told you you should be hitting that, right? Yeah, okay. So, number one, building awareness, not only around what the next level looks like, do that first, but then also, okay, what bad things happen if I was to step into that?

[00:33:17] What makes that That life of mine, if I really fully was in that life, experiencing that experience and being that person and having that amount of money, what comes up? What is it that comes through? Now, some of you, We'll be sitting there being like, Oh, nothing comes through. It's, it's lovely. I love it.

[00:33:40] Well, like I said, if it was lovely, you love it and it felt safe, you'd have it. So we need to dig a little bit deeper. This is where I get my shovel out and I dig a little bit deeper because a lot of the time there will be some sort of subconscious block inside there. So have a little bit of a think, what bad things happen?

[00:33:58] If you were to have that, what would you have to sacrifice? What do you see other people who are experiencing that level of success? What do they have to deal with? All of these questions. These are some of the questions that I ask in Power Up. I'm giving you a whistle stop tour of that right now. But some of these questions just allow you to open your eyes.

[00:34:19] When you've got that, what we then want to do, We want to start to really create safety around that next level. That is literally the number one goal here. How can I make that next level feel safe for me to step into? That is going to look very different from every single one of you listening to this podcast right now.

[00:34:47] And I'm gonna leave it there in the way of that question. What can I do to create safety in this new level? Now that might look like looking at your beliefs, the subconscious membership. That might look like looking at your environment, It might look like looking and enhancing your skills. It might look like getting really savvy with your money.

[00:35:14] It might look like having a better health routine so you know that you are capable and strong enough to hold it and you're filling your cup. It's going to look very different. This is where the identity work comes in and to change identity, When I do this with my clients, I look at the logical levels, environment, beliefs, capabilities, behaviors, skills.

[00:35:41] We look at all of those. Again, another classroom inside the subconscious membership if you do care to come in. But all of those play a big part in you stepping into the identity of the person who feels safe in that next level. Right, I'm gonna get off my TED Talk box, because I think I think I've really fucking gone for it in today's podcast episode, but the reason why I am so passionate about this is because, one, I have so many women come to me who are in that stagnant sweatpants plodding, and I know how much they can achieve, and I know the motherfucking dreams that they have, and I am here to make sure that That we create safety around them going to get it, because that's what they're here to do.

[00:36:33] If you have that dream on your heart, let's fucking go and get it. So I hope that today's podcast episode has opened your eyes, has allowed you to see that kind of blocker on the ceiling, and really started to work through it. As I've said, I've dropped a couple of things that I've got, resources wise, if you want to go deeper in this.

[00:36:52] Power Up is probably the best place to start, because we look At Next Level, Next Level Wealth, Next Level Energy Online, Next Level Action Taking, it's all that Next Level, there's four subconscious sessions within that and people are currently coming into that quite a lot and getting some really great understanding and breakthroughs with that and then the maintenance side of things and kind of keeping you Supported in that next level would be the membership too.

[00:37:19] Both will be in the show notes. Both will have links there for you to sign up or to find out more information, etc. I love you so much. Let's break through this ceiling together. I know you can freaking do it. Have the best day and I'll see you on the next episode. I love to see you plugging in and listening to the podcast every week.
