[00:00:31] Hello, gorgeous lady, and welcome back to the Subconscious Expert and the very last day of 2024, if you are listening in real time. Oh my gosh. How are we even here? Like I've 2024, given birth to her and watch her grow for like four months.

[00:00:52] It's absolutely mind blowing. Also, while scaling my business and the funnels, it's mad. I cannot believe that we are at the end of the year. And of course it obviously needed to be done where we have a podcast to sit down and truly look at what you want going into 2025. Now we're not just doing it. With a bit of journal, you know, journaling all the way through, you have got prompts and I'm going to go through a couple of sections within the podcast.

[00:01:23] But what I want us to do is to really understand why we want to have a look at what we're looking at today. Because today we are diving into a topic that can truly change the shape, the trajectory of your business and your life. And it starts right now. Because I want to explore today how your subconscious mind plays a massive role in your success and give you, yes, the tangible prompts, but more importantly, the action steps and the reason why we do it.

[00:01:57] And this is how we're going to make 2025 look exactly how you want it. And I know we've got January coming up, which is this big buzz and burst of energy and motivation. And. Turning over a new leaf and all of those things, you know, you get the new diary, you get the new calendar on your wall and whatever else happens in January and mid January comes and the motivation is lost and we're kind of back to doing the same patterns, the same beliefs, the same behaviors and I don't want that for you, especially if you're in my world.

[00:02:30] So If you are tired of setting goals that you don't stick to, or repeating patterns that are keeping you stuck, this is the episode for you. We are looking at. Each section of 2025, I'm giving you prompts so you can go away and work on them, but I'm also giving you the reason as to why I'm asking you these prompts, because I think sometimes when we do the subconscious work, knowing the why behind each The reason why you're doing it is so much more powerful.

[00:03:00] So we know that your subconscious thrives on the familiar. And if we are not actively disrupting old patterns, 2025 is going to look a lot like 2024. And that's not to say that you haven't grown, like. Of course you bloody have. Of course you have. But if you're aiming for massive shifts, whether it's scaling to multi six figures, growing your impact, stepping into your most aligned, abundant, beautiful Higher Self, you need to start reprogramming these changes now.

[00:03:39] Because your subconscious is the autopilot of your life. 95 percent of your thoughts, emotions, and actions, so which Of the 95 percent do we want to take into 2025? And I would really, really want to, more importantly than anything, is create safety with your 2025 vision, with your subconscious mind, because if we don't do that, it will resist the changes.

[00:04:07] Now, starting now. It's going to give your brain time to adapt, adopt the new beliefs, the habits. I mean, if you do it today, it's before January even begins, but, you know, take your time to really understand the prompts that we're working through. All of them are going to be in the show notes as well, but we're going to break this down.

[00:04:27] So we're going to start with really getting crystal clear, crystal clear on what you want. And I see so often when clients start working with me, they bring me really vague goals, make more money, grow my business. But what does that actually look like? Your subconscious needs specifics to create change.

[00:04:56] And each of the following prompts that I'm going to give you in this section is designed to help your subconscious understand your vision so it can align your actions and your beliefs to make it happen. That's what we want to do. So prompt number one, what do you want 2025 to look like in your business, revenue, clients, visibility, work life balance, launches, whatever you want it to look like, I need you to get this down.

[00:05:30] The reason why I'm asking you this prompt is because your subconscious craves And actually, when we visualize those specific outcomes, we are literally creating a roadmap that your brain can follow, almost like we're just giving it the destination at the end, and you are far more likely to get there if you actually have the destination.

[00:05:56] Now, that's not to say that things can come in, or, you know, you can change, or I don't know, you might get a brand new idea in May and have a follow up. Change of your business. Who knows, but right now let's give your subconscious that clarity. So what do I want 2025 to look like in my business? Prompt number two, how do I want to feel in 2025?

[00:06:24] The reason why we do this, and this is probably one of the most important ones you will ever do, an important question you will ever ask Your subconscious is deeply. Influenced by emotions. And actually when you focus on how you want to feel and start bringing that in from today, regardless of the external, you're teaching your brain to prioritize actions and beliefs that generate those feelings.

[00:06:57] And don't we want more of those feelings? The more that you can allow yourself to see that you can have those feelings now, that you don't need the externals of 2025. In fact, you can feel these feelings right here, right now, the more your energy will shift. And with a shift of energy comes a shift in belief system, comes a shift in your external.

[00:07:23] So actually, Everyone tries to do it the other way around, get the external to feel something. We want to feel to receive the external. So let's make sure that we are tapping into the subconscious with the emotions and teaching your brain to really prioritize the actions, teaching the reticular activated system, the beliefs and the actions that are going to generate those feelings.

[00:07:50] E. g. you can do that right now. Next prompt, what do I want to stop doing in 2025? The reason why I want you to do this is because it truly is going to help your subconscious identify the patterns that That no longer serve you. So I want you to have a bit of a reflection. It might feel a bit of uncomfortable, but of a bit of a reflection on 2024, maybe patterns, behaviors, things that you've seen yourself do over and over again, that you don't want to bring with you that you're like, actually, that's no longer me.

[00:08:26] It's no longer part of my identity. It's no longer something that I want to do. Just by naming them here today, you are going to begin to The process of releasing them and we want to release those old patterns, release those old behaviors because we want to create space for new aligned habits. We can't have them both ways.

[00:08:50] You can't have your cake and eat it too. You can't have your old patterns on your new patterns. Like let's let go of the patterns that are no longer serving you. So just kind of become and bring awareness to that. The last prompt in this section, what's the one bold move I want to make in 2025? The reason why I'm asking you this is because we know that bold moves stretch your comfort zone.

[00:09:19] And actually we want to signal to your subconscious that you are ready for growth, that it's safe for growth. And it's actually about creating evidence for your mind that you can handle more. And I know that's a big one that comes up with a lot of my clients with the next level, being able to handle it, but really signal to your subconscious that you are ready, that you are ready and that it is safe.

[00:09:48] So once you've written these down, I really feel into them. Start imagining that it's already happening, that you're being as if. Visualization truly works. It ain't just woo woo. It ain't just something that you do because I've told you to do it. You are training your brain to see the outcomes as normal.

[00:10:11] That's what visualization does. You do the visualization so often that your brain goes, Oh yeah, we've done this before. Okay. This is safe. Oh yeah, we've seen this before. Yeah, this is safe. Oh yeah. Oh, we've been here a couple of times. We must be safe being here because we've been here so often. Like that's what visualization is doing for your subconscious mind.

[00:10:35] So really tapping into what that looks like from a visual. And again, I would really, really start with the feelings behind it, especially when you're visualizing and start creating safety in being in those feelings. Okay, next we want to reprogram your subconscious. So once you're clear on what you want, the next step is all about aligning your subconscious beliefs and actions to that goddamn vision.

[00:11:05] The first thing that we want to do is identify any limiting beliefs around what you're working towards. I have got a full blown episode on limiting beliefs, how to work through them. There's questions in there, so please go and listen to that. I'll tag it in the show notes if you want to like full blown whistle stop tour on limiting beliefs, but we want to first identify anything that could be holding you back from having that reality in 2025, because limiting beliefs.

[00:11:37] Literally act like invisible anchors. They hold you back from progressing. When we can name them, when we can understand them, and what you'll probably find is it might be some that have come up from the prompt three in the last section, what do I want to stop doing in 2025? You might see some of the behaviors and the beliefs that have come up there, but when you name them.

[00:12:03] We can really start to challenge them, challenge their validity. It's a lovely, lovely process. When you can recognize the belief, you can address it directly. You can become the observer. You can look at it from a bird's eye view and start to understand not only where it's come from, why you believe that, what's creating it to come into fruition and actually into the next step.

[00:12:33] Start to reframe it. Your subconscious accepts the beliefs you will reinforce. So the more you say a belief that doesn't serve you, the more your subconscious will accept it to be the truth. Now we know what limiting beliefs are holding you back, we can start to reframe it. And reframing is really going to help you replace those very unhelpful narratives with narratives that are going to serve you better.

[00:13:04] Narratives that are going to align you with your goals. I want you to ask yourself, what is a better thinking thought? So take your limiting belief, Have a little play into it. Where am I taking this on from? What's making me hold onto it? What is it protecting me from? And if you were to reframe that belief to a better thinking thought, what would it be?

[00:13:31] Put it next to it and go, okay, every time I go back to this old belief, boom, I'm going to step into that new one. You might want to write it down in your notes app. Maybe have it on your computer desk of that new belief that you're stepping into. So it's visual and it can remind you of it. But we really want to reinforce the beliefs that are going to serve you, not the ones that are no longer serving you.

[00:13:59] And then we want to anchor that next level self. So your subconscious thrives on repetition and identity. And actually. By embodying your future self now, you will begin to act in alignment of that version of you. So, who do I need to become to achieve my 2025 vision? What habits does that version of me have?

[00:14:28] How does that version of me show up daily? How does she post? How does she sell? How does she serve clients? Any of these questions to really understand that anchor of your next level. You want to begin being as if, so the subconscious sees it as safe. All again, all about the safety. So now we've got those, what we want is the Consistent reinforcement.

[00:14:59] And this is when the kind of daily subconscious practices come in. This is why I have the subconscious membership because these practices ensure your new beliefs and your new actions become second nature. So over the next couple of days, I just want you to spend five minutes imagining your 2025 vision.

[00:15:22] In really vivid detail, I want you to create a couple of sentences that tie to that vision, a couple of the beliefs that are better thinking for you, a couple of affirmations that really tie that new vision in, and then you can use things such as hypnosis, visualization to really, you know, solidify that too.

[00:15:44] So make sure we've got that subconscious daily aligned practices. Okay, we've looked at what we want. We've got the clarity. We've looked at the subconscious mind. Now we want to look at taking the mother fricking action. Because quite frankly, you cannot just think your way into a new reality. You have to act.

[00:16:06] We have to act and we want to make sure that we reverse engineer what you want in 2025. So you actually understand what action you need to be taking. This is going to ensure that your actions are aligning with your subconscious programming. So maybe that looks like setting those quarterly goals. What do you want to achieve?

[00:16:30] By March 31st, 2025, when we can break your vision into quarterly chunks, it really does make it more manageable. And I see so many clients that come with this huge mountain to climb, and it feels that far away that you will sabotage yourself into a small hole. We will never get up one step of the mountain.

[00:16:50] So. When we can have your subconscious focus on smaller, achievable milestones, it's going to be less overwhelmed by the big picture. So take your 2025 plan and look at the quarterly goals. What do you want to achieve by March? Then work out Q2, then work out Q3. Then from there, Break it down even further.

[00:17:16] What steps can you take each month to get to that quarterly goal? So that's going to be those monthly milestones that bridge the gap between your goals and your daily actions. That's what's going to keep you on track. Then, even further, weekly. What are the three needle moving tasks that you can complete in the weeks?

[00:17:39] When we have this weekly focus, you really start to prevent the procrastination, and actually we want that consistent progress, because actually it's about creating momentum, especially with the subconscious mind, one step at a time, and then from there, What's one action I can take today to get closer to my 2025 vision?

[00:18:01] Now, if we didn't have the breakdown of the quarterly, the monthly, the weekly, that question daily would be so unbelievably overwhelming, but actually now we know when we've broke it down. Those very small intentional actions will compound over time. And I know it's very hard because you're not getting the dopamine hit of something that you're doing today, having like this huge impact.

[00:18:26] But actually, if you do that again and again and again, come three months, come to March, we're going to have that big impact and then carrying on with that big impact and that big momentum. And actually, these small actions build evidence for your subconscious mind that you are moving in the right direction.

[00:18:44] So, now we've got the actions, we're understanding the beliefs, and we've got crystal clear with where we're going. The last thing I want to talk about is the action. Overcoming resistance because it is so completely normal to feel resistance, especially when you're stepping into a new version of yourself.

[00:19:03] These are a couple of questions that I want you to do and a couple of steps that I want you to take as of when you start moving into 2025 and you start to feel resistance. So the first thing I want you to ask is, what's the story. Your subconscious is telling you about why this won't work. So if you've sat here with me, if you're going away and doing these prompts, this is what I want you to ask.

[00:19:28] If any resistance or parts, if you want to understand parts work, I've got a podcast episode on that too, which I'll tag in the show notes. Any resistance or any parts coming in that are saying, Um, nah, we've done this before. It ain't going to work. It didn't work last year and it's not going to work again.

[00:19:46] What is the story that your subconscious is telling you about why this won't work? We know that awareness is the first step of change. So when we identify the narrative, we can address it instead of letting it Unconsciously stop you. Then we want to shift the story and we have to do this with understanding.

[00:20:06] Shift, shift, shift that bounce back ability. Is it protecting you? Is it keeping you stuck? Your subconscious we know is wired for safety. And when you question the fears and you question what it's keeping you safe for, what it's keeping you stuck for, you can start to differentiate between The Helpful Caution and the Unnecessary Limitations.

[00:20:31] So have a little look, have a little understand of that. And then. Lastly, which sometimes feels a little bit hard in the moment and a little bit uncomfortable, take action anyway. Action creates evidence. It truly does. And the more you act in alignment with your vision, the The more your subconscious will adapt, I promise.

[00:21:02] Honestly, confidence grows through action. It does not grow through thought. And each step you take will reinforce your belief in what's possible. So even if it feels uncomfortable, even if you know that resistance is there, even if you've got a belief saying we've done this before and it's not going to happen, like we've already done this, we've already tried last year, take action anyway.

[00:21:28] Please. 2025 truly starts now. The version of you who achieves everything you desire isn't waiting. She is showing up. So I want you to take the time to get clear, reprogram the beliefs around it. Start taking that aligned action. And remember, If you do anything in 2025, allow your subconscious mind to be your most powerful ally, rather than your worst enemy.

[00:21:59] Because when you work with it, rather than against it, honestly, the possibilities are limitless. Absolutely limitless. So. Go and look at the prompts.
