[00:00:37] A badass CEO who is here to claim her fricking millionaire life. Ready to find out what life could be like if you just did the thing? Sign Let's go, baby!

[00:00:49] Hello beautiful lady, welcome back to Higher Self & I. I am getting very excited because, quite frankly, things are gonna be changing around here in the next few weeks, oh yes, oh yes they are, and I'm not gonna tell you anything, I'm not going to announce anything, I'm just going to fall into The Queen of Tease, which I have been now coined on social media, because apparently, I'm so good at teasing people into what's coming.

[00:01:23] But I wanted to let you know that things are going to be changing a little bit around the podcast. Oh, I'm so excited. I could literally tell you everything right now, but just as a bit of a, like, overview, You obviously know that I'm going on maternity leave very soon. I say very soon, it feels very soon.

[00:01:48] Um, so I'll go on maternity leave in August, if you are listening to this in June, and I really wanted to start looking at the bigger picture with the business and actually start to position the business in a way that I can exponentially grow in the next 10 years. And it really coincides with what I've been talking about online.

[00:02:16] I am booked in to become. An NLP trainer. So, by next year, I will be able to qualify people to teach NLP and hypnotherapy, which is amazing, and it's gonna be like another side section of the business and then will become the bigger part of the business, so yes, I am actually starting to make the moves now, because you know me, I'm an NLP.

[00:02:47] Strategic business moves is the way forwards. I've always been very strategic in the business and now creating and growing a family and looking at where I want to go and scale to, it's all literally landed within the last two weeks and it's so exciting. You know when something like Lands like time after time after time after time and you're like, yep.

[00:03:15] Yep. Yep. Yep. This is it This is it and it's basically this big vision that I've had for myself That I've had since I started my business in Australia where it all makes fucking sense and it feels so good, so I'm gonna start the tease party here and Things are gonna be shifting things are gonna be changing Most predominantly on the podcast, couple of shifts in the business, but yes, I'm so excited.

[00:03:47] But anyway, let's dive into today's episode. So, today's episode is looking at what to do when and if your success keeps feeling or keeps actually being temporary. I have a lot of clients who have hit a certain milestone that then can't hit it again. Or has hit a certain amount of money that then can't hit it again.

[00:04:16] That's hit a certain momentum and then can't hit it again or struggle to kind of find your way back to that. And I work with them in creating the safety. A lot of it comes from the fear of burnout. A lot of it comes from what happened when you were doing that. And I really wanted to speak into it because it's coming up so much again.

[00:04:37] You know, I use all of my clients as um Pretty much content for the podcast because, again, it resonates with everyone, but I'm seeing a lot of people and I actually watch a lot of people online from a subconscious point of view. Because I am the subconscious expert, guys, but really looking at how they struggle to Maintain.

[00:05:03] Great at starting, not so good at maintaining. And a lot of the time it doesn't come down to consistency, because they're definitely consistent. It doesn't come down to content, because they're writing content and they're signing clients. It doesn't come down to strategy, a lot of the time. It comes down to their behaviours.

[00:05:28] They're behaviours that is coming from the parts of them that don't feel safe in their business. And what's the point in trying to scale to seven figures, wherever you're going in your business, if you're going to get there and it's going to feel really fucking horrible doing it. It's going to feel like an upward climb every single day of your life.

[00:06:01] And a lot of it comes down to two things. One, they have not aligned their subconscious to the reality that they want. So therefore when they get to the reality that they want, the subconscious can't hold that because it feels too unsafe. And two, if they have done the subconscious work and they then do get the success, they are not maintaining it.

[00:06:28] And actually, the maintenance of subconscious is the key. to my success. Because even in the most happiest times, in the most momentous times, in the most incredible times in my business, I am still maintaining my subconscious. And that is where people go wrong, because the moment that we are in the momentum, the moment that we're in the happiness, the moment where everything's going right, we become complacent with the subconscious work.

[00:07:12] And slowly but surely, it starts to dwindle, and then you wonder what's happened, and it's because The consistency of your mindset hasn't remained the same than when you were in the bullshit. So, I wanted to have a look at the kind of two avenues that I've just talked about and what I see and what you can do if you're currently going through this or currently experiencing this.

[00:07:40] Because I want you to sustain the success and carry on growing. I don't want your business efforts to feel temporary. I don't want you to hit 100k a month and then never do it again. I want you to be able to sustain I want you to be able to sustain what you're achieving and carry on growing. Now that doesn't mean that we have to grow month by month, and I say this to my clients all the time.

[00:08:07] Every business outside the entrepreneurial space probably doesn't grow every single month of their business growth. You're going to have dips and ups and downs and You know, it's, it's inevitable that's going to happen, and we don't need to be growing month on month on month on month on month on month on month to be successful.

[00:08:32] Actually, there is so much more sexiness in the sustainability of it. And that's truly what's allowed me to sustain and carry on growing multi five figure months consistently for the last, I'd probably say going on three years now. I have never dropped, ever. And it's because I've created sustainability around it, and then I'll grow when I'm ready to grow.

[00:09:04] So. So, let's talk about not aligning your subconscious with the current reality. And what I see with this is, it's a bit of a catch 22. Because a lot of the time that I see people who have had success is because They have been, yes, in the right energy, and in the right place, in the right time, but they haven't almost done the subconscious work, and they've kind of got there, and gone, and, oh my god, this is happening, we're doing this, but has not been able to sustain it.

[00:09:43] And, I work the other way around, and sometimes it's frustrating for my clients, and I have to really embed patience into my clients, because I actually get their subconscious to the success that they want before the external is shown. I do it all the time, because I know that if we do it that way around, They will sustain the success that they get to and will carry on growing if they do the practices that we're talking through.

[00:10:19] So, what I do as a coach is we work on the identity and the belief system and their parts in the success that they crave. So, whether that's the success from financial perspective, whether that's the way that they want to bring clients in, whether that's them being online. I actually embed that. in their subconscious, in their internal world, before it becomes their external.

[00:10:48] Because when we do that, we're actually going to the root of the neural pathways and we know that your subconscious is running the show. And what happens is, we do that, your subconscious works way quicker than your external world and your body anyway, like physical realm. So, when we do that, We've kind of leaped forwards, we've like, uh, collapsed time and, quote unquote, quantum leaped forward subconsciously, and then what happens is that the external starts to match.

[00:11:23] But when the external starts to match, they're like, well of course. Because this is my reality. It's their reality within. So when we can do it that way, rather than the external coming and then you're like, my subconscious cannot handle this, this feels unsafe, I'll do everything I can to not have that external again.

[00:11:45] It means that you can sustain and maintain that level. Now, when clients finish with me and they perhaps The mindset work and the subconscious work goes to the bottom of the list. They usually are not practicing, so they can't get themselves to that next level because they're not doing the practice of it.

[00:12:08] However, when you bring the practice in, and this is why I love the membership so much, and this is like the whole preface of the membership, is to always be working on yourself. You know, a lot of people inside my membership say, I love the fact that I have got a place where I go, where I have so many materials to be able to tap in subconsciously of what I'm going through right now.

[00:12:32] That is maintenance. Maintenance. You know, in any other aspect, cleaning, the gym, for example, you have to maintain that. If you have a cleaner come to your house and clean the house, You don't then not clean for another three months because it's not going to look like that, is it? You maintain what they've done.

[00:13:03] The same as, I go in as a subconscious expert and I, I clean. I clean it up. I clean your neural pathways up and then I give you tools to maintain the clean. Because if you're not maintaining it, We go straight back to the old neural pathways, because we can never ever, we never ever completely diminish and get rid of an old habit or neural pathway.

[00:13:32] What actually it does is it gets so weak for, in, in your, in your subconscious, it gets so weak within your brain, and that we, we amplify the new neural pathway, the new belief so much that it's easier to go to that one. However, if we're not strengthening the new neural pathway, if we're not strengthening the new belief You're going to fall back into the old one because it's so habitual, that's where the practice comes in.

[00:13:58] So actually, the maintenance of your subconscious mind needs to be a non fucking negotiable. I talk about this all the time. We have these lists of non negotiables in our business that's like posts on stories, posts on Instagram, da la la. And nowhere do I ever see subconscious work. And it truly is The crux to my success, not only, and I know it's, it's a little bit easier for me because I am constantly in the subconscious work because I'm obviously doing it with clients and subconsciously I'm probably doing it with myself as I'm doing it with clients because I'm, I'm in it, but the maintenance of my subconscious has allowed me to sustain and maintain and grow.

[00:14:53] I have not dropped back. I either sustain or I grow. I never lose. And actually, this is where this comes in. Your success is feeling temporary. Your success, if you've hit it, and you can't hold on to it, is because One, you probably haven't done the subconscious work in order for your subconscious to feel safe around it.

[00:15:20] And two, you are not maintaining the work. And what I would say is, and for those who have done mindset work before, you have worked on your subconscious, or you've even worked with me, you know how good your business was at that point. You know how Safe, you probably felt in your business. You know how you were probably maintaining your health habits a lot more.

[00:15:46] Your boundaries were stronger. The way that you showed up for yourself was incredible. And the moment that you stopped having that as a practice, what happened? All the strategy went back to the top of your list, mindset went to the bottom, subconscious work went to the bottom, and boom, we're back to square one.

[00:16:09] And I don't want you to keep having this tick tock of square one to square ten. So the maintenance of your subconscious is so goddamn important when, when it comes to sustainability of your success. I've absolutely gone on a TED Talk here, but you can see how passionate I am about it, and I think it's because I completely walk the walk and talk the talk with this.

[00:16:39] I am always working with my parts, the parts that come up, I'm listening to them, I'm getting curious, I'm becoming the observer. This doesn't mean that I don't have bad days. I tell you, I have bad days. I have had many a bad day during pregnancy, and I've spoke about that. But actually, it's what I do with those, and how I handle those, and how I behave around those, and the bounce back ability that I have, which is what I teach you, as my client, that allows me to carry on moving.

[00:17:12] It allows me to carry on moving. So, what I want you to look at is, how am I maintaining my subconscious? And, if you are currently not doing anything for that, this is where the membership, my membership, is the perfect place to start. I'm gonna tag it in the show notes. Top of the show notes because actually within that you have the hypnotherapy tracks, the visualizations mindset, q and a.

[00:17:40] We do timeline therapy. There is. Thousands of tracks. I have been running the membership now for a year. So every month we've done a different topic with all of those things. The private podcast, mindset training, we now have video trainings. And all of this helps with my clients, the members that are in there, the maintenance of their subconscious.

[00:18:04] And guess what? It really, really helps. They can plug in at any time. Because you have to always be strengthening who you are behind the scenes. And this is why this success is feeling temporary for you. Because you're riding on the wave of momentum. Which is fucking great. It's great. We love riding on momentum.

[00:18:28] I do it a lot in the business. But when you ride on momentum with absolutely no foundation underneath you subconsciously, the momentum will stop one day. Or you'll get ill. Or something will happen. Life happens. And with that crash down, you then have to start the momentum again from ground zero, whereas if you've done the subconscious work and you've maintained the subconscious work, you're not starting from zero all the time.

[00:18:58] So, I want you to have a look at If your subconscious is aligned with the reality that you hit, but you couldn't maintain. So, if you hit the 100, if you hit 100k a month, 10k a month, wherever you are on your business journey, and you haven't been able to get back there, that's because when you did it, and when you were in that time, something felt so unsafe to your subconscious, that it is not allowing you to go back there.

[00:19:25] Now, whether that was the amount of people that you had to hold, whether that was the boundaries, maybe you had. A huge argument with your partner at that time, because he kept saying how much you were working on the business and how much time you weren't giving him. Whatever that is, all actual examples that have happened with clients, no wonder you're not going back there, and no wonder you will sabot like, you your subconscious will sneakily sabotage you to not get there again, because it was like, wow, the last time we did that, that felt really unsafe.

[00:19:55] This is the upper limit problem. That I've spoke about a lot in a lot of podcasts, but actually you need to align your subconscious to that. You need to teach your subconscious of how you're gonna handle that again, if you want to go back there. And when you do get there again, which a hundred percent you will, and with my help you'll probably get there quicker.

[00:20:15] If you, and when you get back there, it's about the maintenance of your subconscious. The maintenance of yourself, the maintenance of your subconscious, because that connection to self, that connection to you, that curiosity, the observer, all of the things that I teach within my world, that is where your success keeps growing.

[00:20:36] If you look at the most successful people, they are all maintaining their health, they are all maintaining their mind, they are all looking after themselves. the They're not just hitting this on a whim. Really have a look at people who you deem to be so successful. And I would say, nine times out of ten, it has fuck all to do with the strategy of their business.

[00:21:04] It's how they are holding themselves. It's the belief that they have in themselves. It's the way that they look after themselves. It's the way that they're actually Leading themselves, and the best form of leadership is looking after your mind. Looking after your mind, looking after your energy, looking after your body.

[00:21:28] Like I said, a lot of really successful people will be at the gym. Like, the maintenance of what they know to be true, When it comes to holding the success that they want and then reaching higher and higher and higher bits of success, whatever that looks like for them, it will come down to the maintenance.

[00:21:51] So, If you have done subconscious work, if you haven't even done subconscious work, then membership will be amazing for you. But if you have done subconscious work and you want it as a maintenance position, then the membership is where you need to be right now. Don't mess around with it. It's going to be the best 97 you pay every month because you know the times that you've worked on your mindset has been the times where you have felt most secure.

[00:22:20] And when you feel secure, And when you trust yourself, that's when your business flourishes. Because the moment that your parts come in, worried, overwhelmed, whatever parts are coming in, you are then not in your prefrontal cortex. That's where the magic happens, right? We want to be in our prefrontal cortex as much as we can.

[00:22:44] That's when we're in self, when we're in that self, that calm, capable, curious, confident, all of the C's. That's when you know that you're in a place where you are maintaining. I spend a lot of time in self. It is so refreshing and The things that I get done, and the creativity I have, and what comes from that, because I can connect back to myself.

[00:23:14] Self is is parts work, which I do inside both the membership and my one to one, a lot of containers that I do. When you can connect back to self, like, I can't I can't ever quite underst uh, tell you the feeling of when I'm in self because it's almost like there's no feelings at all. It's ama it's amazing.

[00:23:37] Um, in the way of like, my parts go to sleep. Like the other for example, the other day, I woke up in the middle of the night and during pregnancy I've had a lot of parts be very, very present. I've had to maintain a lot of subconscious work whilst I've been pregnant purely due to the hormones that I've I have had the heightened hormones that I've been in, as you are in, in pregnancy, and I have been really, really, really working behind the scenes, and I don't show it enough, and I'm going to show it more moving forwards, but the work that I have been doing has been amazing.

[00:24:14] Meant I woke up the other night and you know where parts come in the most when we wake up in the middle of the night you know all of those ruminations and it keeps you awake and I woke up and Kind of looked at the time and I was like, right okay, what we gonna what we're gonna be faced with today what we're gonna be faced with this evening and My parts and I literally heard them say I know Beck.

[00:24:41] It's fine. You got it. We're sleeping And I was like, okay, back to sleep I go. As simple as that. As simple as that, and that self is so strong. And I think this connection with self, it really, over the last couple of weeks, because I have been doing so, like, the amplified work during pregnancy, This is why everything's dropped in for me, of like, the business, and where it's going, and what I want to do, and you know, where I see my 10 year vision, and my 20 year vision, and what's gonna happen after that.

[00:25:13] And it is because I'm so connected to self, and that is purely down to the maintenance of my subconscious. And I want you to have the same. This, this feeling that I have, and I'm fully in self today, which is so beautiful, um, and have been for quite a few weeks now. Um, And I think that's why I found pregnancy so hard, because I lived in self a lot, pre pregnancy, and then when I came into pregnancy, parts were like, holy fuck, she's got this new, you know, I've got a mom part coming in now, and the kind of, the fear around that.

[00:25:50] Allowed my parts to get strong again. So I had to amplify the work again And now the parts have quietened down and I've got three significant parts that come up a lot So I've really really nurtured them, listened to them, got them to understand, I've been talking to them And now they're like, oh Bec She's self We're good.

[00:26:10] We feel fine. She's give us the time of day. We've told her what we're What we're fearing right now and, and yeah, here we are. So that's why, you know, a lot of people are like, how have you launched that much? How, how do you hold it all? How do you hold all the capacity? How do you hold the wealth? How do you hold, how you show up online?

[00:26:33] How do you hold being a CEO? It was, I have maintained my subconscious enough to live in self as much as I need to. And self. Is really where the prefrontal cortex comes to life. That's where we, that's where we want to be. That's really where we want to be because the prefrontal cortex allows you to regulate the amygdala and the amygdala is responsible for your emotional reactions, responses, fight or flight.

[00:27:06] When the amygdala's in check, we have less stress, we can maintain emotional stability, we respond in our business. It actually supports the activity of the vagus nerve, so means bringing the heart rate down, which I definitely need because my heart rate is pumping during pregnancy. I can't quite remember the stats, but your heart, your, your, how you pump blood in pregnancy is like, crazy amounts to what you actually do in pregnancy.

[00:27:37] Without having a baby. Brings in a state of calm. So yeah, I don't know whether I've sold this enough. I think I might have done. But the reason why the success is probably feeling temporary or you feel like you can't hold on to it is because one, you didn't Subconscious there to feel safe in the first place, and that's why it feels now unsafe now you've got here and we have to work backwards, or two, you did do that, but then you didn't maintain it when you get there.

[00:28:07] Maintenance. It is the through line and will be the through line moving forwards of what I talk about, because I know what goes down when I work on my subconscious. And I have to. For the last four years, five years nearly, um, a continuous practice and it, you know, I still have loads of beliefs. I still do parts work.

[00:28:33] I still Have to really understand what's going on because with every new level, there's a new thing that comes up. Like, that's why people stay in containers with me for so long, because we don't get to just one place, we get to the next and the next and the next and the next, and there's always something to work on, which I find really empowering, um, and really exciting from a subconscious view, but it really is the maintenance.

[00:28:57] So, bit of a TED Talk today. I knew I would be, I knew I would address one of podcast this, this time round in the recording studio, but I hope it's opened your eyes to just how important the subconscious work is inside your business, inside your life, if I'm honest. And maintenance of it is probably as important as doing the subconscious work in the first place.

[00:29:26] Hold on to that success because I know you can, and it comes from that subconscious place so go and do the work. I love you lots, and I'll see you in the next episode.

[00:29:35] Your love and support means the absolute world to me with this podcast.
